Hnngggg. I would love if you would let me make an icon for the group~ I have an awesome idea!

One thing that bugs me, is when people say it is perverted, weird or just plain disgusting to look at, read about or even watch Yuri. Why? How does someone get the idea that all Yuri is, is just smut, ecchi and pretty much what you might just assume is Hentai?
I don't know, it's just that sometimes have to explain to someone the concept of Yuri/Shoujo Ai, who might be unaware of what the Genre is or someone who isn't a Manga/Anime fan, and at times think I'm just the words I used above because to decribe what they think of me they immediately jump to conclusions. Anyone else have this problem?
Other than that, most people I know just accept me and know that I'm not a perve.
